Managing Director

Post 20 years of diverse experience across retail, telecom and BPO, Jhankhana's next big move was to establish KServe. Her passion to excel and a zeal for perfection drives KServe to be a force to reckon with amongst its clients.

Reshma Jiwane
Director, Operations & Technology

With 15 years of holistic BPO experience managing International and Domestic Call Centre Solutions, Reshma’s eye for detail and a deep process understanding puts her notch above the rest.

Sandeep Arora
Director, Operations & Support

Sandeep, an engineer with a Masters in Finance, has over 14 years of experience in managing a wide range of verticals in BPOs. His process-oriented and methodological approach at KServe ensures customer delight over and over.
